Insight Neutralizer 500ml is a product to be used in sinergy with Intech Perm 1A and 1B. After using Perm 1A or 1B, towel dry thoroughly and apply the Neutralizer product, leaving it in for no more than 10 minutes. Unroll the rollers without pulling the hair and reapply the neutralising product, leaving it in for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water only. If necessary, apply a small amount of conditioner, leaving it in for a few minutes, then rinse. Vegan certified.
